What Did You Do This Weekend?

This weekend I went out to dinner with my fiance to the Clay Oven for East Indian food.  I had a vegetarian plate with lots of different vegetable dishes.  It was very spicy and delicious.  I enjoyed it so much, I've decided to try cooking one Indian dish each week.  This week I'll make Channa Masala, a dish made with chickpeas, tomatoes and lots of spices.  What's your favourite recipe?
